Personal Career
Bryce Neems I started my career in real estate 4 years ago following in the footsteps of my late father who had a lifetime of being in the industry. I won rookie of the year in my first year in real estate and most increase number of sales in my second.
I then moved to LJ Hooker and have been consistently placed in the top 50 sales persons in New Zealand and was awarded a captains club membership for the top 15 % of sale persons internationally.
In the four years to date I have sold over 56 million dollars of property here in Matarangi and surrounding areas.
Family
I am married to Katrina and have two teenage children Alexandra and Harrison. We purchased here in Matarangi 16 years ago as a holiday destination and moved from Auckland 9 years ago.
